Here we go again. Now you try to make it seem like I'm trying to convince you to unban my account when I clearly told you in PM, a week ago, that I don't want to work with you anymore. I just want you to admit you were wrong and to stop misleading people. Nothing more, nothing less.
Your cruel lack of professionalism in your work is pushing me to stay away from you.

Now, would you please tell people here what Openload told you about my account and our 4 successful years of collaboration ? Would you dare telling them ?

There is nothing that needs to be admitted for. We had to take whatever actions necessary to protect our service and its users, we have the full legal rights to do so. Read our TOS

If you wish to restore your account, you need to follow-up the email ticket that has been created by our support staff regarding this case.

I wanted to know why the conversion of videos is slow, I sent a movie to 5 hours and so far the same has not converted.

I hope they improve it so I'm changing the player and I expect the same quality as the previous one.

New users have low encoding priority by default. Encoding priority is for Trusted members.

Please provide me with your username in PM so we can follow up with your account.
 
For small site and starter site, beware, stay away from this host. They claim to delete the file after 60 days of inactivity, but my files deleted in 2 weeks with no views ( more like 10 days only). I think they have small storage and the reason admin keep asking username from member is to check the user videos manually, so he can delete their files with no/little views. Best scammer site ever, this is the first time I found such video hosting, good job there buddy.

If you have big site with many visitor, maybe use the mainstream video platform such as streamango and openload is better than this shit hosting.

I understand your concern, but we have more than 75,600 TB (75.6 PB) available storage in our resources. However, such huge available storage doesn't mean we have to accept and host abusers in our service because there is much more risks than losing storage such as being "hot-linked".

We do take the necessary actions such as deleting abusers files manually in order to offer our legit users a high quality service that match their needs. We're focusing on quality and not quantity.

Additionally, we do have a lot of "starter" and "small" websites using us without any similar problems to what you did mention in your comment. Our problem is not with "Starters" or "Small" webmaster but with abusers only, and if someone is afraid to provide me with his username in PM it means he have something to hide, so you can't defend someone who is hiding bad activities in his account.

So my account,all video with 5gb size only considered as abuser? LMAO

I have been reading this thread since 2 weeks ago, many people called u scammer, but I tried to believe in you, but I am so stupid, wasting my time with this shit. Now I need to remove all the embed code again. You claim to have 15.000 users, 75,600 TB (75.6 PB) storage, but the problem is only YOU know the shit. Nobody actually know / see it. You can claim the moon is your or the sun is your father, but nobody know it. I can bet you have small user and storage from your actions, nowdays action prove everything.

You can't just expect somebody to use your video platform on site with huge traffic immediately. FYI site grow with time, effort, seo and other shit.
Maybe you can edit your thread, not accepting small site.
Requirement for using our host, min 1000 visitor daily, or goodbye your videos.

The world is vast, stay away from this shit rather than wasting your time , BEWARE , you have been warned.

on first post they should to change something

1) our system shave 50%
2)we remove files after 10 days...we say 60 but...
3)if you whan to upload 1000 files you have to whait 1 week to convert because you are not a trusted member

from 1 month i still say this site not deserve to be here...he lie to much but

go unlimited you stil pay 11.6/10k visitor from tier 1?

4) If we find out your total storage exceed 5gb, we will consider u as abuser, and delete your files immediately, We understand your concern, but there is nothing we can do whenever a user is banned due to abusing.

5) We have over 15.000 active user with 75,600 TB (75.6 PB) storage, offshore hosting with ignored DMCA, that means we have the power here, u are our slave, if your video doesn't get any views after 10 days, we consider u as abuser too.

We appreciate you trying to be a GO Unlimited member, but our Trust and Safety team actions can't be undone. However, users who has been banned still can appeal a request to use GO Unlimited again with new account, and Trust and Safety team will review the case and decide within 30 days. (Review process can take longer in some cases)
