You can go for minimum ads mode if you're not interested to earn money from your videos. In case you still need to earn money from your videos more ads will be there. However, in both minimum max ads modes we do show the lowest number of ads compared to other hosts. We use less frequency than them.

How do i get trusted membership,the file is already mp4 so no encoding needed yet it still says processing

Couldn't you exploit that? For example you make a payout of 25$, get a bounce, payout that bounce, get a bounce... and so on?
