I am really sorry for the experience that you had with us. I will transfer your one file that is in MKV into another servers now in order to get it encoded faster, the queue will be less than 40 in the trusted members servers.

The reason why new users face this very huge queue when uploading MKV video is that our system give the encoding priority to trusted memberships, but don't worry, your file that is in MKV in transfer queue now.

Okay brill thanks - Apart from that the service looks good. Won't be uploading huge amounts currently as I'm switching RDP / seedbox, but I'll stick with you guys once I'm back up and running fully :) Oh and thanks for the speedy response!

Improvement:

  • MOST IMPORTANT THING: We have enabled a new CDN system for hot files (Most viewed videos that needs powerful bandwidth that dedicated servers can’t handle). The new CDN system will deliver these videos from different servers around the world depending on the region of the viewer (Example: If I open the video from Kuwait the server that will serve me will be in Qatar - Close servers to all regions which will make videos open faster) and this is to reduce the load on our dedicated server and offer the best streaming experience to the viewer end. This new CDN system will ensure, faster streaming than ever + very high upload and download speed on all servers as they’re not under any heavy load anymore. Our dedicated server won’t handle any heavy load anymore, if your video needs powerful bandwidth it will be served from our CDN, if your video is cold (inactive or have low number of daily views) it will open and load very fast because the dedicated server that the video is stored in isn’t facing any load and ready to stream the video very fast. In short language; all videos will work fast and the viewer will get the experience he is expecting from your great website.
  • The New CDN system will take its affect in streaming stability within the next 24 hours.


Bug Fixes:

  • We have fixed the (Error) message that was showing to users when trying to upload direct links that ends with (/download).
  • We have fixed several issues with the FTP system that was causing losing connection, low upload speed, and showing error when trying to establish a new connection with your account in rare cases.


Payment:

  • Payoneer is available now but only for recent and further earnings, if you earned money during yesterday or before you can’t request it with Payoneer, you can only request Payoneer for today (8 Sept 2018) and further days earnings.
  • Bitcoin will be added back as a payout option in 18th this month.
  • WebMoney will be added back ASAP.

We’re working to improve the service for you and your viewers to match the expectations. We’re listing to all feedbacks and working to bring them from the dream land into the reality land. :)

I like the way You are improving and adjusting the service to needs of Your users. Really good host. Will look into moving more traffic to it ASAP :)

Currently there are too many popup ads, which will leave the user away a lot. There should be a limit to the amount of advertising.

Thank you so much for the thumbnails feedback, I have forward it to our IT team.

Regarding the amount of ads, the reason why display little more than other video hosting's that we display only PopUnder ads, and not In-Video ads. Other video hosting's display In-Video ads to reduce the amount of Pop-Under ads but we decided to not display any type of In-Video ads as it's buggy for iOS devices and sometimes it stuck in in the middle of the video ad.

Our current amount of ads is the minimum that we can display while we offer this affiliate rates and to afford our DMCA ignored servers which is way expensive than regular servers that any other video hosting are using. They can buy cheap servers from OVH while we can't, as we will get banned from OVH due to DMCA.

However, we're working to offer an option to reduce the amount of ads with reducing the affiliate 50% and also to have very limited amount of ada and disable the affiliate program in the user account.

testing from a few days, and so far I'm very happy with the cooperation, much higher earnings then with rapidvideo (with their supposedly higher rates) :ok_hand:
a few features that I would like to see.
- changing covers to already uploaded files,
- blocking access to users with the adblock enabled

keep up the good work!

If i upload a video with a 1080p do you convert it to multi resolutions? so my visitor can enjoy multi resolution depeding on their own network speed?

Is there an option to minimize the numbers of ads on videos?

Do you offer premium status with more binifit to uploaders?

Do you have API upload it make things much easy.

I have a large project that require a lot of space and the option of multi resolution on video.

This is to inform you also that we’re working to enable the option to block ADB users from watching the user videos till they close the plugin.

And also, changing the uploaded video cover is one of our IT team tasks that should be done very soon.

1. Your 4K video will be encoded into HD with high quality settings.

2. We encode into one quality only which is HD.

3. There is no options to reduce the ads at this moment, but we’re working to do so.

5. And yes, we do offer API upload.

HEy can you control your ads, it show each time my visitor click on pause video or soemthing. And your ads make user a warning that they has virus. Please check your adnework to clear spam and virus. Thanks

I tesy your system now by uploading a 1080p video and it was converted to a 720p video , why not 1080p?

I also going through your API , but there is no documentation about how to upload video from local hardisk, only there is some info about how to upload files from URL, please guide me.
