Good ways to increase file longevity?

I don't think that would work because when a file gets reported they usually delete all files on their servers with that md5

^ nope, it doesn't work like that.. once an md5 hash gets blacklisted on rapidshare, rs will delete it the next time it is uploaded at the upload stage. but since the backup files are already on rapidshare's servers, they do not get deleted.

just try it and you'll see what I mean, it works.



... and even if you don't believe me, just use rs2rs to make a backup set of your links, that works too.

first of all you shouldnt post from your admin account create another acc put as uploader and post from it 2nd password the files 3rd rename them better

Maybe someone at RS knows that all the files that contain DownloadBoss.com will get blacklisted sooner or later, so he deletes them right away! :P

Lol well it seems like hotfile goes down first. But a lot of my links stay up, for a long time just the popular ones get reported really fast and I'm only 2* on Katz atm so its not like its on the front page and someone sees it and reports it lol

Really not much you can do.. Maybe password protect your files? Try that..
