Hmm, I think your budget could be completed for $80.00 / Per Month. Considering the amount of Diskspace your asking for though I recommend choosing a Semi-Dedicated or Budget Dedicated server.

Unmetered bandwidth is not possible within that budget though, Unless you want speeds of proberly 5MB/s Up/Down. You can often purchase 100TB If you ask the provider nicely. :-)
