planing on starting a small filehost for my uploads only, no affiliate programs or uploaders rewards ect.. im looking for something small around 4 to 6 TB of storage, 4 gb of ram, maybe a dual core or i3 would do, unmetred 1gb. i would prefere if the support is friendly and familiar with filesharing business

You can get such a server from Leaseweb (Bare metal servers), NForce, or soyoustart. I am not sure how soyoustart is when it comes to DMCA policy. Others can shed more light on various other options.
 
You can also try worldstream or i3d if you are going to do it at personal level as both of them are DMCA compliant.
