You simply have no proof that I "scammed" you.
Reason why? You deserved the charge back, due to the skin having several faults and errors, that being said; I was authorized to dispute it.
I MSGed you AT LEAST four or five times on MSN concerning the fact that the skin does have faults, but no; you ignored me.
Once I did charge back, you go into a hissy fit. I mean seriously? You made a thread over your mistake? Incredible. And now you're convincing the other users in this topic that you're the "innocent" one.
I'll say this kindly, shut the fuck up.
You didn't lose anything, I simply sent you $50, you sent me a faulty skin and I claimed back. Why are you so pissed off?

I also recall that money being disputed before I even sent you anything because I sent you the skin even though the payment didn't pass through paypal as it was stopped by them.

I always answer on msn, you're the one that is NEVER on. That latest conversation we had which happened at least 1-2 months ago, you went afk and never came back. I believe we were discussing those bugs and that if you were to pay then I would fix them.

Lets say I sell my house and the new owners give me $1,000,000 for it. They are not happy with there purchase and I give them there money back, yet they are still owners the house. I get nothing from the deal.

The fact that it is not only exel who was "scammed" by goober, it shows something. Even if its off of wjunction it should still add towards the overall picture of exel getting ripped off.

if so you need to pay for it.
if your not using it or havent used it do to
errors then there is no scam just never use it or that would be scamming
if we banned people for skins imagine of the people that use nulled or ripped skins
it would never end

This isn't a "$1,000,000 house" though. It's simply a skin that has severe faults which is inoperable to use.
I haven't even used the skin, I don't think I even have it on my hard drive anymore (I can't prove that).
You're even selling a "fixed" version of the one I bought now. I don't know why you're so angry. You didn't lose anything? Only a faulty skin that you have fixed yourself.
If I did sell this skin to anyone, they'd obviously dispute after the transaction has been complete (just like I did), since it has so many errors.
