i5 is great too. Ohh btw i din't suggest i7, i just mentioned what i have got.

+ There's not much price difference between 550 and 560Ti, + 550 sux performance wise and its overpriced. Heck even 470 is far better than 550. 550 is complete waste of money.

Why go Intel?
My Phenom 955 @ 3.6GHz (for most things, except winrar extraction) kicks the Core i5 in the nuts. Even on some games like Far Cry 2 my 955 preforms better then the i7. Google the benchmarks. (yeah the i7 IS a better chip then my 955, but the performance difference is so small/not noticeable, so the additional $200+ is not worth it at all).

now im really confused cauz of so many suggestions opposite to each other :d lolx ... okz so far the best answer which suits my needs and money would be JGM's suggestion ... and about the GPU = nVidia GTX560Ti. ..im not sure about that will go with a much cheaper one :)

That is 400MHz over stock for a start and you do not say if you are comparing it against a Sandy Bridge i5 or the original 1156 socket. Sandy Bridge has been kicking AMD's ass ever since it came out which is why so many people are soooo pissed off that Bulldozer is utter shite!

@ OP - OK so the 560 might be a bit much, if you can find one try the 480 with a good after market cooler (I have this set up) it is a killer card still.

JGM.

PS - Did a quick search and found the following which is the i5 2500k model which has immense over clocking capabilities and see how it owns/bitch slaps/pwns the Phenom!

Sandy Bridge rocks, period. AMD quite frankly sucks (imo of course).
