how to pay it(2008 r2 standard edition and ip) ???

another ,my ks2 order.. I paid it .. but loss 1 eur , I click your link to paid.. it show 25.xx eur.. but the paypal only pay 24.xx eur ???

I got one question. What speed will i get with these servers if you say 100mbs is that total upload+download at the same time or its 100mb each seperated? What i mean for example if i start downloading file with 11MB/s and then at the same time i start uploading another one would download speed of previouse file stay the same or will it lower so both upload+download would be 11MB/s total?
