About a week ago servers were rooted

Then I contacted Ecatel their datacenter to reboot the server their reply

this person abuse our supportdesk terribly by opening multiple tickets daily all the time. They cannot manage their servers, now they ask us to make backups for them. No way ecatel will do this. Customer can reboot server 24/7 and can reinstall server 24/7 without any costs. Customer is responsible for his own backups.

After i saw warez-host.com site was up and running.
I checked my mailbox if any mail from him had arrived
keep in mind that i sent him 2 mails one @ (admin@warez-host.com) and one at his msn id
He didn't replied
he didn't even sent an email to customers to update them

To be honest there website content looks like it was done by a 11 year old what made you purchase from there?.

You should do a search they are a really bad host by what people have been saying.
