Dear Docto99,

The files were not removed by us, It was most probably removed by our system. I will have a look at our script and see what is going on.

My apologies about this situation, we are still moving files from our old DC to the new one and this could have been caused by that.

Dear Joshua,

We were transferring files in between servers and even though the old server was off there were files being uploaded to it. So after the transfer of files were done, the new files were not uploaded to the new server and thats why they were removed by our system.

I apologize about this, We were under the impression that there were no files being uploaded to a server that was off.

Could you tell me tell me how you uploaded these files? what method did you use?

How often the file host deletes the files? (Inactive or DMCA)

They pay? In how many days?
