Filestrum is having difficulties and not recommended

im still waiting..why filestrum dont pays me?? :(

For now we are many users who took weeks and weeks waiting to collect. The user Filestrum connects on WJ Forum every three days and pay small amounts for any evidence of the amounts actually paid, but large (greater than 20 €) are not paid. Scorpion and I are the most noisers but there are many forums where many people are without payments. I do not recommend use this forum.
We are waiting til Friday to denounce the filehost by SCAM so I doubt fits much for these areas.​

Actually you'll find any delays will be caused by how you maintain your account. Some users actually receive next payments. However if your files are password protected and your sources are hidden and your download patterns seem suspicious your payment will be delayed or in extreme circumstances won't be sent, it's as simple as that. I've even had people upload child porn and then request payouts, we're not stupid. This won't be tolerated. Stick to the TOS and maintain your account in a correct manner, that's not asking for much.
 
2 weeks for a payment , i think it is already quite delayed.
You never gave a date of payment or anything, you just said me i have dmca files and you never deleted it .

do you intend to pay us ?

You should close this post. This guy is a true scammer and if a sitemanager needs the data i show'em whatever he need. I bought premium and I can not download anything and they do not pay me my 80 € and I sell my music created and composed by me
 
Filestrum,after reading the last comment you made I checked your TOS and it doesn't say a user can't password protect their files.A lot of people password protect their files.It doesn't mean they are trying to do something illegal.
I'm not trying to cause trouble or anything.I'm just saying.

The only reason to password protect them is to hide the content. If you need to hide the content he can not verify if they violate their ToS and therefore he can and has chosen to in some cases not pay on those files.

That is what is said and the intent of the ToS you agreed to by using his service.

Actually it says this

Filestrum will not routinely screen, monitor, review or revise User Content uploaded, stored, or shared using the Service. However, Filestrum may review any such content, and Filestrum reserves the right to refuse to accept, store, or permit the sharing of any User Content, to remove any User Content from the Service, and to prevent the uploading, storage, or sharing of any User Content.

That's not the same as saying he MUST be able to review them.
If he thinks something isn't on the up and up,all he has to do is request the passwords.

Just because someone has files on the servers doesn't mean they want everyone on the planet to have access to all of them.Say if someone posts the links on a private forum or something.
There are places people can go to search sites that aren't supposed to be searchable.Passwords prevent people doing that from being able to open the file.



I have a question for filestrum though.Are you currently limiting how often account holders are able to upload files ?

Read just a little farther down or quote the entire section, it goes on to say this:

FileStrum is so nice. He worked hard to pay to me.
I have some troubles with my paypal accounts but I've got 2 payments!
So stop cheating, saying scammer,etc... just do your work and wait to get the money!

My files are no child porn and no password protected
however , my payments always be delayed
