FileSonic Payment Problem

Hi dear All i need a answer from u that i hav earned about 12$ from file sonic but when i go to payment page there it shows this

Here is a list of the payments sent to you:
payments Total Paid in USD: $4.31
.Unpaid in USD: $8.31

But i dont recieve any payment from filesonic what i do now????
