well bad day today one of my sales refunded (

So far i haven't got refunded sales...but i need to know the procedure for this.

For example if refunded come from sales that come a week ago, and we're already received the payment...how Filesonic gonna count it..?
Will it cut from upcoming paid we had...?

Can anyone explain it..?

Do not be that I only regret at this point, here I will say that today I have a 1 sale and that it is OK.

is thee anybody has COPY or remote upload problem (the files remote uploaded from other FSO links) gives 404 today.

friend what is your copy of files ???? can you make few different type files and try to copy them. Whatever I copy gives 404 file not found for me.
