I'm so disappointed with Filesonic. :(
Filesonic cheated me 232.74$ & didn't pay my money & Closed my Account
I'm so upset with Filesonic :(

I started Filesonic Since october 2010,
Last week i didn't got my payment 141.65$ (March 5th to 11th)

I asked to Hish in PM. He repiled

I clearly explained i deleted all DMCA warning files already.
Then, I asked him about i made above 23 Premium account Sales last 2 weeks.
What happen to my earning?

But, the truth is I didn't got lots of warning msg.

I got 1 warning mail on 15th March,

I already deleted those files from my Filesonic account that day itself.


I clearly explained all & sent PM to Hish.
No reply from him till now.
I'm so disappointed with Filesonic. :(

After my hard work,
I planned to join Filesonic Elite from this week.
But, Filesonic didn't pay my last week earning
& closed my account too.
I had 2TB Files 7 Refs

I have family & kid, i'm doing uploading from my extra income.
My point is Everying Upload Movies, Games all are warez only,
No one hold own copyright for uploading & posting in filesonic.
Every uploader files delete due to DMCA issue.

I made 23 Sales & spread my link all over the place in many forums,
Even i files get premium sales in future too.

My account closed for stupid reason.
Then what is use of my hard work, my earning & my premium sales.???

Filesonic cheated My 232.74$ & closed my account.
In india, its around Rs.10,000


Last year rapidshare closed many Uploader account (my account too)
Last month hotfile closed many Uploader account (my account too)
This month filesonic closed my account for DMCA issue.

I don't know any uploader also got same problem like me.
Even i don't know filesonic also going to close uploader account like rapidshare & hotfile soon.
 
^^ STFU masalalover2010. Filesonic is the best host now. Why the @##$# you uploaded again and again the files which were being given DMCA several times. Don't spoil this thread and stop spamming everywhere !!

I didn't upload DMCA files again & again.
I taken proper action that time itself. But, filesonic scammed me bro.
Mod told me to reply in FileSonic.com offcial topic, so i made full story here with my all proof.

There we go again... Same old story but people don't seem to get it. It doesn't matter what others upload. If you think that you won't be banned because other people upload illegal files, you are wrong. If you uploaded copyrighted material, Filesonic (and every other file host for that matter) has the right to delete your files, terminate your account etc etc. Pay attention to the bolded text because that's how it is. Before using a service, you better read their policies... they exist for a reason.

The Rapidshare and Hotfile history of suspending accounts should ring a bell on how these things work.
 
Anyone own website here and get sales from premium ref link on site ? (not domain sales)

Yesterday and today, I got nothing. Before, every day, I can get to 15 sales/day ! now Only number ZERO

Everyone is uploading copyrighted files, I myself often have my files being deleted but never received an warning from filesonic.
Seems that he only received 1 warning and then his account has been deleted, if so , then I think we will see massive account ban very soon with filesonic like what happened with hotfile.
I knew this day would happen but never thought it could be as soon :(
