Is it just for me or any others also encountered the same no responses from support@filserve.com
My account has been banned - saying that I have shared my account. I'm pretty much sure that I have not shared my password with anyone or no one has hacked my account. I'm sure about the not getting hacked so far part too.
I tried to contact them, wrote nearly a dozen emails, raised a support ticket 5 days ago. No one has responded so far. :facepalm: Shame on you fileserve support.
