It wasn't that it wasn't working, it was just unchecking the account every so often. I was still able to download when it was checked.

Although it seems to be fine now.

Also i download from multiple hosts and i have a lot of links saved up in there, so using another one would just annoy me.

The FS site has now enforced the password construction much closer. I joined when the FS board was new...and inputted symbols with my password and it has worked for a year ! Now - it is rejected - ONLY way I found out, was to delete all my cookies from FS and then login...but still no joy ! JDownloader informed me of the invalid password !! Not an email from FS. I now have a 30 character mix of letters and numbers - upper and lower case and numbers and underscores. All is fine now, but do not use symbols in passwords !

Anyone else - please read NOW in the password entry section as it tells you now to NOT use symbols.

I don't understand, does fileserve want our passwords to be less secure lol?

The weird thing is, now that I updated my password, Jdownloader claims my account is invalid and refuses to accept it. I can no longer use JDownloader to download from Fileserve.
 
@ easygoingppp: Weird. I do not think techs did anything.

@ Tyler: I believe the API that JD is using cannot take special UTF-8 characters.

@ algon: We do not set up new hosts because it takes time for techs to analyse a page, set it up and then...usually they shut down after 1 month - Lost work?

@ Yad: You should know when you get paid :) 1st of September was a Thursday.

@ llkkmm: Transfers will happen today.

@ desibreaker: You asked for transfer on a Tuesday. Transfer window is closed after Monday (the very latest!)

@ Mitinew: That's a request for Transfer, not Payout. Transfer will happen today.
 
Hello Ricky

I would like to ask you two little things:

1/ Does FS considers the possibility to re-enable the delete function for pending and failed uploads?

2/ I remember a time when if a file was a bit bigger than 2GB, still was possible to be uploaded, but now such files don't have the same luck.
Has FS strictly prohibited such files to be successfully uploaded from now on?
