Ricky, I can't seem to download anything from FS using Jdownloader since yesterday. I heard the problem is caused by changes in Fileserve API. Can you please ask the techs to work with the JD team so that this problem can be fixed at the earliest? I am in touch with the JD devs and they said they are trying to get in touch with you guys.

you are right...we cant download anything from fs :(

i think that all the filehosts hate programs like jdownloader because they allow people to download without visiting the page. The problem is that they don't see advertisements and they difficult buy a premium account. So that's why they will never work with JD team.

Doubt it, premium users don't visit the page anyway since their downloads are direct, maybe for free users but do they really think that people downloading multiple files at a time are going to use a browser? Unless they just expecting their customers to be stupid i'm not sure that's a good reason to not work with them.

i'm talking about free users. but if they use JD they have even less possibilities to watch the site.
and filehosts earn money from free user from advertisement
 
indeed it not working on JDownloader, but does on IDM.

Ricky, is the delete button on failed upload gone for good?
I like it, so i know what failed, and needs to be reup. As the failed upload links disappear after 24 hours or so.
 
Is web upload not working?

I'm trying to upload a .dlc file (its like 5kb..) and it just sits at 0%, i tried uploading it via Ftp and it just sits in prending..It's getting ridiculous
 
@ Prazsky: Use fileserve manager or IDM. Both works. There's not much we can do, if both of these programs work. I have spoken to them and I have outlined what could work and what couldn't.

@ Jayzzy: Like anyone else you need to go through our Contact Us. If you want it expedited you give me your ticket number.

@ tut2tut: PM me the file that was uploaded.

@ fatihbaz: Of course you can download anything from FS, otherwise, the earnings wouldn't have been so high as they are right now :)

@ FastJohn: The delete button is not gone for good. It will come back :) Techs found a temporary solution of clearing the failed files, but we will be working towards, letting you clear it.

@ Tyler: .dlc file works fine. Mozilla Firefox 3.6 worked. Nothing is ridiculous since we have received more data over these last 7 days compared to our previous changes - This means that it works.
