sigh i could give another long answer, but it is not worth my time as you don't seem to understand what i am saying, at all!

and one last thing: of course opinions are subjective. which is in fact why they are opinions, duh! however, the fileserve script being sluggish is a fact rather than an opinion. if files still show up 3 minutes after i have deleted or moved them it is not a matter of perception.

yes, there have been more speed issues at peak hours during the last days. will you be able to resolve that next week? probably. i actually understood you the first time. but how will that do anything about the issues that have always been there? now, please don't come with crappy car metaphors again.

you may call me stubborn and talk to me like i am some kind of fool, i don't care. i will resolve the problems my own way then; by removing fileserve links from all forums as well as banning your service on my own. the only thing i might consider myself a fool for is wasting my time here.

@ BadWolf: Sure mate. I've wasted more than enough time on replying you and explaining, rather than doing more productive things behind the scene.

You seem to be too thick to understand how a cloud hosting operates, seeing the issues that most new start ups will face, yet, you show absolute no patience or respect for what we do and provide. Again, maybe I should go be selective to whom I should answer and address on here.

Thanks and have a good day. Don't let the door slam you on your way out.

one, and really one last thing:

i show know patience or respect? are you kidding me? so far i have stuck to every file host or web host no matter what the issue was. wupload has had big trouble for weeks now, yet i am still using their service. my web host had major down times, yet i am still there. and i have even used fileserve for a long time, despite all problems big or small. why? as a courtesy to downloaders, because i like providing as many mirrors as possible. sure ain't about the $. so don't you dare telling my i show no respect or patience. who the fuck do you think you are?

You come in here, my thread and yap away. You sure don't show a drop of respect when you like to engage in an argument after I've politely pointed out everything that has been pointed out for the umpteenth time.

My answers serve you no good, otherwise, this would have stopped a few pages back. Now, you've said you would delete your files. Don't let the door hit you on your way out.

Good day mate.

the reason i engaged in the conversation in the first place is that your answers seemed to be lacking respect.

"i think it is pretty fast but i dont have 120k files in my folder" is as respectless as support staff can answer a question, when somebody says the script has issues. it hasn't been about speed in the first place. it was about attitude and respect - or the lack of it for that matter. your answers may be ok-ish, but something about the tone is just off.

you demand respect, well it is a two-way street.

@ BadWolf: Maybe you should try to setup a host and see how fast you can load 120,000 files. Might give you a little insight then.

There's too many people I can mention ON HERE that I've shown my respect to. THEY know exactly when to stop after an answer has been given, because there's nothing more to it than that. You scraped the bottom, there's not a layer underneath it. It is, what it is.

Hey RickyFS

you didnt reply to my PM when i need ur help urgently :(

anyways i purchased the voucher and started uploading yet again

Thanks for showing no interest :(

@ Sagi: I just cleared 200 messages from my inbox because it was getting full. Every day I come in here there's a ton of messages, so I must have missed it. I can guarantee you that 99% of everyone who writes me do get an answer.

@BadWolf

What I have learned about filehosts:
Sometimes there is 'behind the scenes' panic!

I am not saying that it is the case here, but sometimes file hosts runs out of storage space, they need to transfer files to other servers etc.

If file hosts runs into such problems they DO NOT disclose the problem.
During the past year it is obvious that both FileServe and FileSonic (the file hosts I use) has had such problems at some point without informing their customers.

Keep that in mind when complaining about the file hosts.

They have no interest in telling you:
"Shit we do not have any storage space left"
or
"Shit we need to re-index all files - expect slow servers the next 4 days"
or
"By accident we deleted storage space on 10 servers, bad luck"

That is just how it is - unfortunately.

sigh, i believe we still don't really understand each other. you say everything is fast unless one has 120k files in his account. i guess that means that everyone who has issues with, lets say 500 files, must only imagine things, right?

you were the one who brought up the number, not me. of course it will most likely load slower the more files one has. but if i only have a couple files and it is loading slow, such answers insult my intelligence, because i must think you are trying to fool me. it hasn't just been a recent issue and it is not only when you store a lot of files.

such things i take pesonally. and it is probably why i am still stupid enough to explain myself here. i am giving up now, though. if you don't get my point, i just don't know how to make it any clearer.

well, i wish you good luck. while i can live with technical issues such thing is something i can not live with. maybe i have know insight in how a cloud operates, but i can judge human behaviour well enough.

@ Sagi: PM username now

@ Lifetalk: Yes, hopefully should put an end to slow RU and let us focus on improving the file manager.

@ KOS: You requested a bit too late. 3rd of August was a Wednesday. We pay out. If you didn't make a request for payout before 3AM EST on 3rd of August you wouldn't have gotten the payment.
