many files in my backup folder deleted , i did not share any link on internet , what cause this deleting ricky ? some parts of my files deleted in my backup folder . such as 5. of 7 part file . because of this i can not renew links on forums , i need to upload again , i do not know if others also have this problem .

Yes, some of my friends notice that too. They have never shared those backup links, but some files are deleted without knowing why. And yes, those files were deleted only some parts not all of them, however, in order to re-upload those missing parts, they must know the sourced links which they do not keep that sourced links, so they have to re-upload them ALL from the new source.

Yeah, I want to know the reason of those missing files too. It shouldn't happened because those links have never shared.

@RickyFS I did try Ctrl-F5 and then try to Remote Upload the same files which failed again, but they were not successfull. What should I do, please help me further. It happens a lot.

@ Drakez: I have no access to such and Terms (http://www.fileserve.com/terms.php) clearly states:

(a) you shall not receive any pro-rata refund of your Fees for partial months or years; and (b) you shall not receive any refund for Fees previously paid up to the date of cancellation or termination and you remain liable for any and all unpaid Fees billed by FileServe.

You agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

@ cadagoto: I think I've said this to you about 5 times now. 2271, 846 and 795 files were affected.

@ Dj.IcE: See above. There are more reason to a file showing 404.

@ f1b0n4cc1: At a certain point our expiry-script was bugged. If your back up has been deleted and you find that the files were deleted due to 'inactivity' this is the bug. This was corrected last month, so any files from then on should be kept permanently. Script only affected X amount of servers and not all.

@ algon: Looks to work fine here.

@ kkkzzz: See above for possible reasons.

For the remote upload file: Please paste me the link in a PM.
 
just want to ask... I had press "Transfer to Payout Account" button on 2011-05-17 but still pending... can you change it...

I'm using Fileserve for almost a year now. Everything was working fine until a few minutes ago. Can't login, and when I try to recover my password, it says "email not found".

What does it mean ? Account hacked ? Terminated ?

Ps : I have a premium account but I almost never download, I upload a lot, only a very few DMCA complaints. (My links are still working) Please Help... My account username is "balkyn"
 
Why did you ignored my Private Message regarding zPag.es? Everyone knows that Fileserve owns zPag, so again, my question is: why am I not getting paid?

Your reputation is at stake, I hope you are aware of that.
 
I am new on fileserve . this is my first time to get a payment. 2011-05-21 I send my money to the earning account but It shows "pending" from last 24 hour? Is it normal? Or It's take more time to approve?
 
RickyFS, i just want to extend my premium account today cause i been free user for 5 days cause my premium expired already. When i checked back, thousand all files worth 1.5TB gone, is there any way to retrieve back all files...
 
@ MSL660: Signature. Look at your Payable account within 24 hours. It should be there.

@ rozano: Old links says they're expired now? If so, then not retrievable.

What you need to do is, to make a popup window on fileserve, or on this topic, to activate on every monday with regular 'monday' answers :)


Or to make a simple checkbox on fileserve account, where everything abt payment will be on auto, so users can simply turn on and off that
