Isn't it obvious? They are re calculating the earnings, for heavens safe relax a little. Why is it that you have to check your stats page every few minutes? If there were earnings present before and now they are gone, its quite obvious that maintenance is going on.

This is the very reason why ricky will leave this board tomorrow, the same 5 questions repeated over and over again

All my yesterday stats are completely gone.I assume they took them away and recalculating.
 
No it isn't obvious. It's the first time that i'm seeing this. So better hold your temper cloud. This is a support thread. I'm relaxing the same way that you do. I'm just asking a question. I'm not asking you either. if you want to answer my question then its up to you. just don't act like a smartass who knows everything. We have the right to check our stat page so why ask about it?

Anyone would be shocked if they see something change.

whoa. My earnings is showing I made 14 cents for 4/29.....before I went to sleep I was at well over a dollar for 4/29.

I wanna know how my earnings dropped on the same day
 
Because the delay said 6 hours, i made more than 14 cents on the day after 1 hour yesterday. I didn't even upload and post anything from fileserve.

So, if there's a 6 hour delay, then shouldn't it only affect 6 hours?

I want an answer.
 
A 6 hour delay doesnt necessarily mean that it only affects 6 hours.
Maybe the stat server can process 16 hours in 6 hours.
Or maybe it is only the last 6 hours which is delayed.

FS already told us stats is delayed / fux0red.
Sit down and wait and do not speculate too much until FS says stats is fixed.
 
Hello RickyFS , I uploaded a rapidleech script on a dedicated server to test fileserve download speed.

Server Location : Arizona Phoenix , 1Gbps Connection

Here are the download speeds :

Lets say 1 file - the limit is 5mb/s
If i download 10 files at same time , will it be 0.5mb/s each or 5mb/s each ?

A little advice, when you check your stats page after every 10 seconds, do the same with the news page as well, you'll be surprised with the wonders your eyes will see.

And if the delay isn't obvious then i believe you just started using fileserve.
 
Let's hope that Fileserve will replace 'ricky' with someone with slightly more experience in customer service.

I can only imagine he must own or part own fileserve though since if he was simply an employee 'the boss' would have fired his ass long ago. I know a lot of people complain as soon as something goes wrong. However just getting called a whiner, or given some kind of sarcastic retort or simply told tough luck is not proffesional.

Blocking other filehosts is taking away our choice as uploaders and webmasters. If fileserve is noticing a large movement of files to other hosts and not so much in return, that should encourage fileserve to step up their game not try to limit by force our choices as webmasters.
 
I think ricky was one of the best Customer Support guys i have ever met, he was honest and straight forward. Every other CS guy on WJ simply repeats the same 20 messages, its like they dont even read our messages. I've been using fileserve since they started and whenever i had any problem ricky cooperated and solve it immediately.
