I need some help guys.my premium expires in 12 days,I need to extend but I have no idea wethr I subscribed or redeemed from FS.I jsut want to pay and buy poremium again. How to find wethr I subscribed or not? I can't find any details in paypal account too.
 
@ Dj.IcE: If you don't have a subscription then it isn't there. We can't magically pull one out of the hat. You can always purchase a Premium and it will always be added on top of your last day of Premium.
 
My files getting deleted for NO REASON!!!

41 files deleted. But not showing in DMCA tab!!

I took that 1st screen because I sensed this earlier. I needed to know for sure.

Please let me know what the hell is going on?

Files older than 30 days does not show up in DMCA list when deleted.
Or something.

No reason to get MAD about deleted files?
I am sure they are deleted for a reason.
 
Let me see now...
-We fixed download count in file manager
-We fixed slow speed of logging into an account
-We fixed slow loading of file manager
-We fixed all files except for those sitting on dead servers
-RU is fast
-FTP makes files appear quickly now.


Now we just need to add a few features and we're good, yes? :)

I'm glad half the whine got cut to shreds. Phew that was tough.

You don't want trust me...but I tried to explain that I didn't what you say man...maybe I told you this is a mistake...you saw an IP downloading my files more times? I told you cheack "Fastweb" is an italian provider (all users have the same IP). Maybe this is the problem...but you don't want talk. You continue to insult me...

Edit: if you want I pm you my skype contact and talk better...

The problem here is that FS cant be 100% sure whether you actually cheated or not. 99% of the times these things happen because someone actually cheated, and only sometimes( less than 1 %), a few innocent people get banned. In a system so big, its very hard to identify the 1% and so FS bans all those account that show even a hint of fraud. If your account has been deleted, its almost impossible to get it back and i doubt asking here will help you.

My advice, move on to another host or make a new fileserve account

Have an issue with RU from Filesonic today, when I try to RU a filesonic link I got the following message:
"Below link is blocked "

And since yesterday I wasnt able to RU from filesonic at all , everytime all files go to fail RU upload and now got this error message.
 
@ Alessio89: What you did and what the XX other italians did was the same... You got CAUGHT out. Your account won't be returned and if you continue to earn with us and we detect this little scheme of yours, you're going down again. Simple as.

@ sexsanctuary: Saves you the time of rolling your thumb and waiting for it to go to remote upload failed. Now you know.
 
I got paid; thanks FileServe/RickyFS. :-)

Also, the status in my account shows it as "Approved" (Yellow checkmark) but the payment made it to my account already.
