@ glade310: Patience is the keyword ;) I'm pretty confident your money will arrive on Wednesday.

@ skully: We entered our first year. Don't know where you got 2nd year from. 2nd year is 2012 March. Unlike many of our competitors we've only been playing ball since March 2010.
 
1 year is nothing compared to the learning curve we've been climbing and is still climbing. This can be seen in correlation to other hosts who have been around for years. Their "Rome" wasn't built in a year or even two.
 
You guys need to fix the download counter.

We need to see what is being downloaded the most, or what not.

And my earnings has decreased over hte last week that you guys had issues with the earnings.
 
@ FSH: I've seen exact opposite comments. For the past few weeks earnings have been consistent, for some even rising. We've had no issues in that department.

The earnings you have now has nothing to do with the "stoppage" of the file manager count. The only advantage the file manager count brings you, is to see what files are "active".
 
and to see...if "someone" cheat the stats...

i see filemenager faster then the last months...but is slow...

i see the new tool...

and one that not work ..imho
i try upload and not work for me :(
 
Hey Ricky. It would be good if you could have more info in the News section of your site. Many people don't come here for news on what's going on.

I only found out about the file count problem after coming here, I was a bit dissapointed it wasn't in the news section...

Well... the payment system is bit counterintuitive. You must have your reasons for using two separate accounts for keeping affilate earnings, then another action needed to initiate payout - there is definetely room for improvement here ( for example automatic payouts for money already transfered from earnings account ). It'd be nice feature but for now there are more important things to take care of.
 
@ Ivan: But this has been going on for X amount of months. Every Monday I will see the same questions from probably the same people. Doesn't that make anyone think that these people do not learn, week after week...?
