When will be the File Download Counts be fixed? All my uploads are 0, I can't see which of my uploaded file is mostly downloaded.

sir,i was the user of fileserve i had taken a payout of 30$ from fileserve,fileserve had paid them to paypal unfortunately i had refused it,when i asked paypal about this issue we had not processed that money and we had returned that money to fileserve again.............so how can i recover that money again is it possible for me to recover the money or else i have to leave hopes............please suggest me onething sir.........hope good reply is there from you

@ riki1691: We do not keep record of this. If payment has been marked as Paid we dont look at it anymore. We've had several cases of people returning money; we can't micromanage. Either you give us a working account or you don't join our affiliate program asking for payout. It is a one way street on this.
