Dear Ricky,

Since you helped me resolved my account phishing, the payment got issued and approved weeks ago, but it never sent out as 'Paid'.
Please, kindly help check the issue.

PS: I also submitted a ticket, no response yet till now.
 
@ nICHEsHARE: Send me your username and I'll look into the payment and see if it is marked as "approved".

@ delightedx3: Potentially. No guarantee. Our remote already retries after 60 minutes and fails it after 120 minutes.

@ incognito: Here's another food for thought:

1. MU doesn't update their download stats instantly. How long does it take? ATQ
2. HF doesn't count "non-unique" downloads. They strictly count the unique downloads, thus they don't need to show this crap data and can sync it with the download stats.
3. When was the last time your earnings was frozen? Haven't we kept this in tact for months now?

Now comparing MU and our service...I can say we probably do not get as many downloads as they do, but is their download stats instant? Problems like these occur. You don't think we're working on them...?

If you had addressed me more politely I wouldn't have resolved to the same level that we are at now.

I enjoy your service which included:
Fast upload, fast download, earning system works and pays promptly, and remote upload works well.

I have a bug with my account. Started about 10 days ago. My account is earning like normal, no issues. But my file downloads in my account are unchanged. Recent uploads which i am 100% sure have been downloaded many many times show "0" downloads and unchanged. Again, the earnings are normal, but my recent new uploads within the past 10 days are not recording the # of download per file. I am not so concern since earning are unchanged, but was wondering if you could look into my account sometime in the near future.

I will look for your response and direction.

Ricky i have a little problem.

About 5 minutes ago i clicked the payout button but before doing that i forgot to change my payment method from alertpay to paypal( i really need the money in my PP account this week).

So i was wondering, is there any way to change the payment method now? the email is the same, i just need to change from AlertPay to PayPal.

Can you do something about this? User ID is: CloudShadow

@ Roberto: He's listed as Paypal..?

@ CS: Your previous payments have been to AP on that email. I need you to change your payment detail to Paypal before I can change the current payout.

@ ballwin: We are looking at a new approach to see how we get the download counts of all non-unique downloads (& attempts) to show up on your right hand side. Our previous approach has not worked out since we have performed maintenance and it would lag behind for too much

@ power: Payments are being transferred right now to payable account.

@ CS: Done now. I see you updated it.
 
FM is very slow again, loads for > 10 minutes to search files, and still loading.....previously it was blazing fast that I was gonna post compliments instead of this nag :p

it is now normal..!! turns out I have to redo the search at least 2 times....

ricky, why today only one of my 3 pending transfers to my payout was made?

only the transaction from 2011-03-06 pass to my payout today, look:

EDIT: oh, I'm stealing to fileserve... since i joing fileserve i got a big amount of USD courtesy from my referrals 0.00 USD (my 16 referrals are so freaking stingy :D )

@RickyFS, I requested transfer to Payout Account on Sunday morning and it's still pending. I'm still unable to click the Payout button.
Why is it taking so long??? Usually on Monday morning it's already available, but now.... nothing.:(

It's already tuesday, and according to your own words a few pages back, it should have been available to click payout yesterday.
 
Hey RickyFS, I've been emailing support about a problem with your file manager but the 'support' I have been getting is terrible - log out and back in again type of stuff. The problem is that I am getting an error from the file manager page when using the copy function. Sometimes the file won't copy and an error message pops up. This started happening to me a few days ago and since then I have been trying daily to make a copy of the affected files but it just won't let me do it. Can you look into it please? If you need my account and/or the files in question to examine it closer, please fire me a PM. With thanks, MK
