Hi ricky, I'd like to have a clarification : How do you exactly count the downloads? I mean if an anonymous or free user downloads 10 different files from me then I'll earn the equivalent of 10 files...right? But if a premium user downloads 10 different files from me I'll earn the equivalent of 1 file...right?
@ Snow & all with "transfer to payable account": I hope you don't expect me to be around 24/7? I sleep like any other human being. For that particular case, I cannot tell. I do not have access to that part of the site, so when it gets done, it gets done.

If 10 different files are downloaded by an anonymous or free user then you will be credited for all 10.
If a Premium downloads 10 different files it will be credited as 1.

Fileserve desperately needs more servers.
Problems
FTP after 1 month is still broken and now you need an extra 2 weeks? What kind of file host needs 6+ weeks?
RU randomly does not download files. It doesn't connect to the host, it doesn't even try.

Copy/rename function is still broken
File manager stats dont work
web upload randomly fails for some reason, to the point where its unusuable. Why bother you just end up reuploading again.
RU/FTP connection randomly breaks
Download connection randomly breaks
This is turning into a big joke. Do you understand that there's no point in using fileserve if uploading doesn't work? I've uploaded to netload, rapidshare, hotfile, megaupload, filesonic and none of these hosts had the number and length of problems you guys have.
Almost everything about fileserve is broken.

Thirdly, nothing constructive was given in your post. You were saying downloads breaks, read first page. You say FTP breaks, we have no records of such; that's your connection... (etc.)
Fourthly, I do not see myself raised above all. You speak to me with respect, you get respect in return. Anyone who has PM'd or written in here can attest to this. We don't shave anything, if we did we would have easily displayed some figures for you and brought them "up to date" in no time. Anyone who has tested the downloads/file manager will see that we don't shave. You can believe what you want, but don't try to get fooled by any other programs available out there

I find it really fishy that you have so many steps to get a payout. Most hosts do it automatically. But no at fileserve you got your earnings, then payout then you have to request a payout and after you request your payout it takes days if not weeks.

What does this quote imply? It implies that I'm no one. I have no say. You can fuck me over cause you are the big one here. We have no choice.
I've had to resort to running an FTP server cause your stuff doesn't work. It records everything and some RU dont even connect. Many just abort half way through. I usually submit 3-4 files at a time and only 2-3 of them connect. Its a problem on your end not mine.

We don't shave, we have never shaved, nor will shave. It is as simple as that.

Will RemoteUpload be better? Let me give you an example: FileSonic Remote Upload is mega fast and it work's like a charm. It even gives you the links when finished. Would be nice if FileServe would have this functionality, too.
