Whoever worried about stats not being updated

That'smy stats for last couple of days,It froze on 2010-11-29 for me,And I had like 70 downloads on that day,But when I checked it now they have updated it, Now I got 955 downloads!
So don't worry guys,they are adding what ever we have earned,Fileserve is not a scam like many other hosts[I can give you 100's].And now don't go to w-bb and say that i'm sucking up to fileserve lol...
2010-12-01 and 2010-12-02[red underlined],I missing my stats for those two days as you see.I know and I'm 100% sure they will add them soon.

Edit - O yeah I forgot about 29th :D
 
Doesn't Fileserve have a test lab to try out each release before they put it into production?

You guys really need to rethink your release management!

BUT PLEASE SIT DOWN AND WAIT FOR THE STATS TO UPDATE

IT WILL HAPPEN BEFORE PAYOUT DAY (hopefully) :)

hum....

stats are indeed lower on Nov. 29th (mine too), but Ricky has not mentioned anything about that. Maybe the filemanager maintenance that took several hours interfeered with our earnings.....

Don't know. (maybe RickyFS can comment on that when he reads it....)



On another note, latest news on Dashboard:

Update 8am EST (Thursday): It has taken a bit longer than expected, but earnings for 30th of November has now been updated fully. 1st of December is being calculated at the moment, and should be updated completely before 1pm EST (Thursday). Our estimates show that statistics for the 2nd of December will be up to date 11pm EST (Thursday) and will be updating live thereafter.

We will talk about the 29th again when 1st and 2nd of December is updated. Please keep track of the news as that's updated quicker than I'm able to give you guys info. Currently have my schedule fully booked until next Monday. As already posted, please see news. We're not here to screw over anyone...If we've screwed up on our end we will certainly find a solution to make you guys happy again. PS. what's going on with quick reply function? Put all my line-breaks together @ Itwins: For such upgrades they have to be performed on the server in real time - It's a ton of data that has to be fixed - you can't just "move that offline" then start testing there to then upload it again.. We do test all upgrades usually, i.e. Redeem came out without an issue. ...............what's going on with linebreak?

I am not going tell you how you do your job. I am sure you know best and whatever thing did was unintentional. Shit does happen unfortunately.

I just hope you could find a better solution or workaround to prevent such thing from happening again, especially when you guys update codes all the time. There's always a better way.

Good luck. Personally, I'm not so worried about the stats. I wish I can say for everyone, "take your time" :)
 
There has to be some major bugs when it comes to browser upload.

I uploaded three files and it got copied and now it's 7 files instead of 3 files.

Please look into it.
