my user name at FS is "spectre145" . i have a problem after buying 1 month premium account.


I don't know why user name is changed into another name


please help me! i want change my user name to "spectre145".

We can't change usernames. Please see the FAQ for this.

It probably changed because your email is something related to that, but you can always change it back upon first login in which you need to confirm your information.
 
I send my Alertpay ID to apcards@fileserve.com,but i want to ask you RickyFS because im also user on hotfile ,do i need to order Debit Cards and from hotfile or ?
With this card I'll be enabled to take all money from my alertpay acc or just fileserve money?
 
You will be given 1 Alertpay Debit Card.

With that you can withdraw from your account - Not just fileserve money.

Also I hope you will be signed up under us when I pass the email along to someone from AP to give you this option.
 
Hey Ricky its been liken 2 years since i am using Alertpay. I sent you an email of my id. I hope your are giving Debit card to everyone not only those who signed up under you.Thanks

i used my paypal to buy premium account.

when i log in FS by spectre145 , FS said to me that "Username doesn't exist".

what should i do now?> :(:(:(
 
@ bachbell: You can change your payment account to Alertpay and request payout which will then be going to your Alertpay. You can then change it back to whatever you were using (PP or WM) and request payout for there.

@ iffikhan: FileServe is part of this promotion, so everyone who has signed up under us or emailed us with their already existing AP account ID will get this promotion.

@ spectre145: Your spectre145 name was changed to dolman23 then...You should use this as it is the same account with that name :)
