What is happening Ricky i had 30 USD one day before now i see 1$ in my acc and i hve nt requested for any payout.

Would you be so kind to test it and report it here? As I said, my upload speed is very low and I rely a lot on your remote upload and it was functioning.

No, it's not fixed.....

I have the same issue....

Had almost $23 (or more, not sure with the delay in stats that was going on), and now, all I see is $1.00.....

@ RickyFS - have you figured out what's happening?
 
I'm also facing a delay of over 30-45 minutes on the filemanager. Files uploaded, take a long, long time to show up in the filemanager after fully uploaded..... :(

Sorry, I ment it's fixed here on my account...
Anyway what I wanted to say is, it will be fixed and no earnings are lost:)
 
Currently stats are "fluctuating". This isn't the "real" case. Not to worry as all our stats are still recorded and your earnings will still increase seen at http://fileserve.com/partner-claim.php

Please also see here: http://fileserve.com/my-earnings.php ...Your real earnings should show up here as well (in that screenshot that you all cut out so beautifully for me ;))

We are in the mix of fixing this - Haven't heard from techs. If not it'll be fix when they show up for work tomorrow morning.

I tried to reload the page again of mediafire to get a different server and it worked with fileserve's RU :| so maybe it doesn't work on a particular server only...

btw Ricky what do you mean when the "My Sites" is in beta?
 
It means that it is not fully functional and that we're still working on it.

And PS. No earning issues. It's just something messed up that shows the $1 and $0 earnings. Don't know why people start to think we're playing funny games. AND if they had browsed around a little they would have seen that their earnings are still there

Another thing, if I want to remote upload from megaupload, do I have to do it one by one file? because MU does not allow parallel downloads for free users. Anyway now that I think, if many users are remote uploading from direct links from megaupload, wouldn't they all be using fileserve's IP? If so, it would be nearly impossible to remote upload from megaupload using direct links...
 
Still got issues mate. As you can see our hands are full. That "My sites" will be looked at together with current issues while we're working on the new file manager. We're keeping the improvements coming. One at a time.
 
Almost got a heart attack when i saw 0$ in my account, but luckily, before I started to whine and bitch, I looked inside, and all was there :D
 
Yeah I have the 0$ thing as well. I think the redeemable codes from using your money that you have gotten through FS should be a bit cheaper if you are using their money so to speak.

e.g. earned 10$ instead of cashing it out via paypal, should have option to buy a redeemable code at a cheaper price? Say 20% cheaper or something. I guess it would benefit FS as it keeps the money in the company?

our server ip is banned again. both upload and download are not working. how you guys handle the "ABUSE" situation is worst than hotfile, at least hotfile upload still works on banned servers, lol. Just one suggestion, why not ban "ABUSE" accounts instead of "ABUSE" server ip.
Btw, please define "ABUSE".
