Problem here. The storage does not stop you when you go over. I'm using just about 600gb or 500gb limit. I refused the free premium I was offered to use what I have in earnings, but that feature does not seem to be up and active yet

The techs probably had too many things to do and left it behind.

Slower Download does work for me, just tested.
Download speed though keeps dropping to 20-60 with Premium for some reason, doesn't happen with other hosts.

Also, now that FileServe gets bigger and bigger you seriously should get rid of that policy of yours which only counts 1 premium download per day.

price 10 to 15 $ per month... not more...

also good upload and download speeds....
has good support for customers...
