You should ban or limit RU and RL by mega spammers. They're the cancer of the filesharing.

Why do you want to limit RU and/or RL?
Are people uploading via FTP better people?
Think about it - they are not.

Its not about beeing a better person. I'm only saying the spammers are making things worse for normal uploaders, downloaders, hosters and finally to themselves (but they don't realize it yet)
The RU and RL we can handle. For uploads, it's fine. We have lots of storage and bandwidth available.
What we have a problem with is someone paying 9.99 and then sharing this valuable information via public leeching site - that we will ban and it will be an immediate one.

I love FS but I have some problems witch RL plugin, upload working super fine - 700Mb uploading in 20s at my host :D Mega fast, but I cant dl from FS I have premium I added it to accounts.php and when I try to dl something it says to me : [Error get captcha]
