Ricky, i have a question about epassporte, in the "Payment account:" i have to put the e-mail or the ID of epassporte? (i am new on epassporte)

Dear FileServe users, We are just working on some File Manager server maintenance. If you see that your files are not there, even after you uploaded it, it will be just a moment before it is back to normal.


Everything will be back to normal at around 11:20-11:30am EST.

@ Snow: Can't promise you the time before 9AM GMT. I can promise you the funds will be sent out tomorrow.

@ 212oscar: You need to put in the ID of your epassporte

And thanks guys for reading the dashboard. I'm pretty sure I got 200 emails of people complaining about the "delays" in the File Manager, because they're quicker at pushing Contact Us than the dashboard page.
 
@ RiteshH: As far as I know acct. department has started looking over the users and are approving users for payment going out later today. Please stand by :)
