why does it comes out of the folder after renaming a file. Its a bit annoying while renaming plenty of files inside a folder.
Also the confirmation dialog box which appears after every changes is useless..

I hope the new file manager will solve these.....
 
Because of the huge screw-up (wasn't us this time) we have had some really bad days this week. And we will find the way to make a bonus when everything runs smooth (just like last time).

We weren't able to come out with account security or the moneybookers payment gateway. Hopefully everything should be running smooth tomorrow.

Keep your chins high guys - We're not going anywhere. Just a little speedbump we need to overcome.

But I mean I want to move my files from the normal account to the premium account.
Its hard to maintain two accounts like that.
So can we move it like that?
 
@ Esotorisk: No way of doing that right now. FS2FS isn't possible. We will be looking at that sometime after a few features that we have lined up already.
 
FS2FS is pointless.
People don't need to have more than 1 account.
When you got no more storage, just buy a premium account.
That what i'm going to do.

So basically, 99% of FS2FS would be you "stealing" my links and me stealing yours.
And it's bad.
And i seriously doubt forum admins will be happy to see the same files, reposted over and over again with different FileServe links.

RS2FS is working good.
but HF2FS is once again no longer working. It was working ok for a few days but now it says "Unexcepted download error" again.

Are those HF bastards banning FS IP again ? grrrrr
 
Hey everyone..So good news.

We have put a little temporary fix to RU & RL. FTP can still at times seem a little slow. Not to worry. We are in the process of being able to fix this tomorrow, so you guys (don't super-abuse please ;)) can transfer your files over the weekend.

I believe we have the new storages up now/soon.

Just wanted to post a big congratz to achieving over 200 pages on this thread and contributing 423 posts to it - which are all 100% aimed at customer satisfaction. You don't witness something as outstanding as that often.

Congradulations FileServe and especially Ricky.

(just wanted to make sure you get the recognition you deserve :P)
 
Wow what is with all these 404 errors Ricky? I uploaded 10 files ytd and all of them got this error again... this makes me wonder if I should keep on uploading. It is really tiring after you uploaded your files and then you are not sure if they are really working to your visitors. My earnings will really take a hit if this goes on... I don't know which of my files are working anymore. x_X
 
I have 3 files which won't even load after you wait for the time to elapse. I think I am done with FS. I won't touch it anymore until all the problems are solved.
 
As far as I know....
It has something to do with the last batch of servers beeing mis-configured.
The re-configuration of those servers will begin today.

FTP upload is not working.
Last 2 files i submitted are in the failed uploads.


edit: Web Upload not working either.

HF2FS and RS2FS seem to be working again now.
