@Naughty Devil, did you add you paypal id to your account? I had the same problem and after adding paypal account now it solved!
@ Yad: The "Removed date/time" tab should have said: "Date Uploaded" ....Don't know why they haven't changed it yet!

To your question. Is that consistent? That a file is missing? How big are such files you upload? It could be the changes we made to remote upload. Let me know if this is happening everytime you remote files.
