@ ms7: We clear it 1x every week during one of the business days; usually on a Wednesday since it has less activity than any other day.

@ kizmark: I beg to differ. Must be your peering/routing to our servers. 2 MB/s from Hong Kong.

@ IWF affected users: Read first page. Also we are trying to implement a solution just for you guys. We are not here to step on toes, we are here to provide a service that is functional even when an NGO decides to filter and block us.

@ Dz2Crow: No. Did you press Payout in time? As said our cut-off time was 2AM EST on Wednesday. Any time after that your payment would have been left "pending".
 
Our speeds can't suck that much kizmark :)

Bark at your government. They did the blocking. NOT FILE SERVE.
You think File Serve will solve the world's problems? If you do, hosting
servers wont change the world. (Ricky might disagree :) )

Geez. get with it. Dont look at File Serve to fix the UK. If you live in
the UK, contact your government. You need the number??

i put post in a week ago my fileserve account tachroyon1 is still locked. it is paid up till late december when will it be unlocked
 
@ arko66: Go read page 1 and call your ISP. And I do not know why IWF scrutinize some and not everyone. We fight child pornography with claws and axes and ban everyone that uploads such content. Furthermore, we try to report this to the respective authorities of the user who registered with us. I guess this is our "tough" luck yes? Good thing we are trying to implement a solution for users that are running through IWF; you do not see any other active hostings attempt to do this?

I paid for a premium accoun days and already I can not use it on your part and this involves a recalculation of the premium from my time giving back to my days missing person.

I hope in your answer because I have no intention of waiting for a simple problem that is blocking your own ip on these or I shall be forced to take legal action to your company for blocks of accounts paid and the receipts found in my mail

your service offers unlimited bandwidth and then expect your instructions otherwise claim compensation for money paid since I can not use the service

my account seems to be blocked, i can't download using jdownloader and also fileserver manager.
i have bought an account premium for one month, every minute is precious, all time i cant' use my account is lost!!!!
please can you help me?
in jdownloader there's an error message like: landing error 612
in filservemanager there's an error message like: service is not supported

my account login is "actikool"

Hello Ricky, thanks for fixing my account [storage limit] but I have another problem now... I just want do remote my files to filejungle and 500 files goes fine, but now I can't log in my fileserve acc... what happened? It is said that " Please be aware that your account has been disabled due to violations of our Terms and Conditions. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this action." Can u tell me what I have to do? I just wanted to transfer some files. Please PM me... my fs nickname ki0vr3
