Hello, I just repeat it few times... I can not COPY files! I'm premium member and it say that I exceed storage limit..lol? It is said that storage is unlimited...
I can upload files but I can't copy them...

I say... Man upto the problem Ricky and grow a pair! Without all the members you wouldnt be where you are now! The money you have made off the backs of these people is really sick! Mega dollars, Pounds, Rupees whatever! The Uk members are the ones who are hit most! Why dont you accept your responsibility, as well you know it is, and refund those members whose accounts have been blocked by their ISP's and the blacklist from the IWF? This is one thing no-one expected from what I believed to be the best host of all time... but thats just my oppinion! I do accept to some extent that you are unable to do anything but I do expect the services that I paid for! You have failed to re-imburse me. I wouldnt go to a shop, order a new sofa, wait until the guarantee has run out and then complain that I still havent recieved it! It doesnt matter whether I chucked you £9.99 or £99.99... you have still taken my money and not delivered the goods! YOU are responsible!

Ransomeware BKA UKASH Trojaner aka Gema Trojaner

Hi Ricky,

I would like to point to a huge problem.

Before 2 weeks ago, the Ransomware "BKA Ukash Trojaner" installed on my pc when i enter the captcha as free user @ videobb

after removing, yesterday i had the same problem again. the BKA Trojaner installed again. But yesterday when i enter captcha @ Fileserve.

This Trojan is mega annoying, all German media report about it for weeks.

Please check if there are in your projects a security problem.

Sometimes, i'm getting a avast malware alert from the fileserve download page.

Hi i bought a 30 days premium account.
I have been using j downloader.
After few days my account has been blocked.
j downloader showed me a message:

It seems like your account has been blocked by fileserve.
To unblock it, please visit the fileserve Supportforum and contact the User "RickyFS".
By clicking on OK a browser instance will open which leads to the fileserve Supportforum.

Can you please tell me: what is going on??????????

Once again... for all the UK users... the IWF have issued a Blacklist to all ISP's in the UK... these ISP's... including.. TalkTalk, Sky, Virgin etc... have enrolled on the IWF list to block content that MAY have been uploaded to Fileserve. The main reason was to stop child porn content being saved on the servers but other files including legitimate ones have been affected! There is NO way around it yet but still Fileserve refuse to compensate paid Premium members for the loss of service! Get the hell off of FS and find another good File Hoster immediately! That way, you wont lose your money! BTW... if you paid for Premium membership with a Paypal account... file a dispute to reclaim your money... even digital goods are covered! Fileserve are gonna go broke if everyone puts a claim in! Thats just their bad luck!... but then they are apparently in with filesonic and wupload?.... do they care?... do they shit!

And till 28-29 i won't have any money in paypal, the problem is my account is valid till 26.. So when should i expect massive deletion of my files? I just hope i would make the money on time to pay for another month.

Why on earth would FS refund you guys? You paid them. They delivered then the IWF blocked IPs. Complain to the IWF. Yeah it sucks, but not FS problem it happened. No reason for them to lose out.
