alexa rank don't work for fileserve...becouse fileserve it's the slowest site in the world...
then people stay on the page to charge it much time....
then alexa rank is good...
but if fileserver will have a normal speed the rank go down...
ps. other host like filesonic has different rank for .com.de.it etc..etc..
Only every time I put my files to share but more and more and do it the same way as always, but instead to increase or stay the collection of money .... this down ...... in addition to always look at my files to 0

Alexa rank doesn't depend on time spent on the site. All that matters is if they visited the site. If alexa rank drops it means people are not even bothering with fileserve links.
Holy sh!t...Did we get a DP infestation or something. They must have found my secret lair since they all come in here to voice their opinion that I can use for absolutely nothing but wiping my ass with it. Thanks DP guys, you make my days so much brighter. Please post some more [//sarcasm] Also please let me know when you change host so I don't need to listen to your crap any longer. You're causing build up of nonsense that I have to skim through and may be skipping genuine questions from users who do want to use us. much link go to a 404 error..wtf?
they simply cancel it from filemanager...
if you not test all the link...you cannot know that much file is deleted with nosense...you simply don't see it in filemanager...and the link give a 404 error
how many file fileserver delete with nosense and without a message?

No offense, but this is not behavior I'd expect from affiliate manager of any company, especially one working in such competitive niche as file hosting. If someone compares your first posts in this thread to your recent ones, one might think that your success got into your head, and if you took hotfile's lesson you should know that as quick as you rose, as quick you can fall. File hosting has three major pillars that make this business successful - first are high payouts to affiliates ( afair you were like second host that offered good payouts to affiliates, after hotfile, but nowadays there are many hosts that offer ever better rates than you). Second are stable infrastructure and functional file manager ( here again you have major problems - file manager is terribly slow if you have 10.000+ files in your account and download counts aren't shown for god knows how many days already. No matter what you say, those stats are vital for us, affiliates to measure file popularity and allows us to provide content best suited for our traffic, which in results earns both us and you money. If your current infrastructure does not have enough capacity to show it then you should upgrade it - other filehosts, like rapidshare at peak of it's popularity, or more recently hotfile had higher traffic, yet showed those stats so it's certainly doable - either your hardware is bad or your coders are.). Third and last one is good support - people come to this thread with (mostly) legitimate problems/concerns, and they are either insulted/mocked or ignored ( SJshah ).
I was hotfile affilate for over a year and last month i was bringing them 120-140$ worth of sales daily ( i run major niche warez blog and all uploads were posted by me. Since i was getting 6-7$ daily from premium sales alone on 5% sales cut it's easy to count the amount of money they got). After they had to close my account due to repeated copyright reports ( they started banning many affilates once lawsuits started rolling in ) i was looking for new filehost, and since i used fileserve for my other minor sites ( nitrowarez, nonamewarez and nonamexxx ) i decided to go with you for my major site as well - unfortunately everything i liked about fileserve host is gone now - good and fast manager is terribly slow, stable download servers now get complaints from my site users every day - files going up and down, less downloads overall and much less premiums sold while my traffic gone up, and finaly - good support in this thread started acting like some angry kid. I'll wait a few weeks and if things don't change i'm moving to different host.

I sent fileserve customer care email, but no reply back yet. And I don't know when this problem is going to be fixed because I can't download any files that store on http://fsdndm.fileserve.com/file/* SERVER for weeks already. This is very painful, you imagine that the files are *.rar and have 10 parts, and I only able to download 6 of them, but 4 of them are stored on "fsdndm" server and I can't download, so the *.rar can't be extracted.
And many many files that are stored on "fsdndm", all of them I can't download. Really wasting my premium account, which I've paid but I can't use them to download, really upset about it.
As I stated earlier that I have add "108.61.0.139 fsdndm.fileserve.com" into file "hosts", but still can't download any files that stored on "fsdndm" server
I don't know when they are going to fix it, so everything gets back into normal state.
@Ricky, would you please help me out.
ps. not just only "fsdndm" server is not working, but also server "fs2271dm", too. and I believe there are more servers that are not working too,

alexa counts hits even if they go to 404. But you missed my point. There is a downward trend in your ranking. Also #77 does suck. Compared to hotfile I get only 20% of the downloads I used to get. Luckily there are other filehosts so if you continue to go down i'll promote someone else.
I'm not trying to be rude or condescending to you just trying to get you guys to wake up about your problems. So please do the same.

my suggestion...
move yr all file to mediafire or rapidshare...they had a better service..
it's not simply to do this for me...
i have chose fileserve for a my site...then it's not simply to change to another host
