i have like 100 dmca request before and i didn get banned and get payed (not much just to pay 15-20 dollars per month) even when they know tha my account have warez ... and then someday they decide that dont allow it and ban all the people and even premium users wow thats very generous from his part

i dont care about money i care about double moral here people call cashwhore to others and you look in their profile and they hve warez site :facepalm:

He was being very generous. He could have bribed the FBI with everyone's personal information. People need to understand that Fileserve did what it had to do to preserve itself. If you knew you were going to die If u went to a bar at 3PM. Would you go there at 3PM? Fileserve is simply deciding to not go the same way megaupload went in order for fileserve not to die.:O:P
