I just downloaded a file from the free users' server and was able to download it nicely. Some IPs are blacklisted by us and by the server provider. Have you tried uploading and downloading from a different IP?

Personally I haven't experienced any problems downloading and all my problems are when I'm uploading. The problem is with the actual users. They were able to download but it's like 30% of the time they will get an error and has to retry the download to get it. At first I thought it was just the user having intermittent connections but then others started reporting the same problem.

after a long time files2share.ch upload problem is fix. but seem now the problem shift to fileparadox.com, ftp uploads something take a very long time to appear in my files and remote upload can't complete most of the time (it upload until a certain percent and stuck there also the upload speed is very slow - ftp upload upload at >10000kb/sec , remote upload start at less then 1000kb/sec then slowly decrease until stuck).
