One of the servers got full so gave that error. We will have a new server of about 60TB added in the next 16-24 hours.

He was making joke of you because you are acting arrogantly in when it is your mistake. Yes, it is a support thread for website's users, but now you are not because of your behavior. I have no problems with you but would appreciate if you act nicely and leave your attitude out of this thread :)

You get the same percentage even from the resellers right now - 60% initial sale + 50% rebill.

We are working on getting the merchant gateway - should take us 2-3 days more.

It is not our fault that you do not read IDM's instructions and keep shouting in the ticket. No one else is having problems with IDM other than you as you fail to read their instructions about httpS website:

You need to add 2 site/path as shown in the picture:

We are here to help you but next time please do not shout at us at your own fault. We were merely suggesting the use of Jdownloader because IDM can be tricky for some users and it seems that was the case with you also.

Update for Firefox Users:

Found the problem that Firefox users were facing about uploading getting stuck at "initializing upload".

Solution:


At the left hand top corner..there is a "Shield" shape
they need to click on it and select "Unblock"

That's it.
