The order number is not available in our payeer account. Kindly contact payeer for more details on what happened to the order as we cannot do anything if it doesn't even show in our account.

Edit: It seems your payment was processed right now and your account has been upgraded to Premium automatically.

and also i cant download anything for example Download cuspc pdf

it gives me error
404 Not Found

and im sure 100% link working and i have tested many link the same problem

also the other server http://temp1.fileparadox.in:182/ i restart my modem and pc still the same issue plz fix it ASAB

The links are working and servers are good.
You need to disable the VPN or change the country. If you are using PrivateInternetAccess, use Switzerland country.

We haven't made any changes to our servers so the issue might be from your end. This 404 file not found error usually comes when a user is using a VPN/IP that is blacklisted.

I just received payout..... but it's not the amount that I had requested.

Are you taking part of it off to cover your webmoney fees??!

None of the other filehosts - NONE - does that.
They take care of the fees.

So why do you charge us the fees?? Makes no sense..... :thumbdown:

New Credit Card gateway has been added so the sales should return back to normal now :)

That is Webmoney's fees and we have no control over it.

Thanx Fileparadox for the New Credit Card gateway (Direct Visa) but still something seems to be not good to ur server IDM connections are 16 not 32 plz try to fix it many servers support max setting for IDM 32 Connections (BTW I'm premium)
