You can't make that in one click , but it just need few clicks in the number of pages you have.
Just choose the right top check box and then press set premium selected all the files in that page will be premium.
And also the option you are speaking in my account is yet to make.

Yes of course I know that classic method and I already use it to set/unset premium, but it's useful just when you have few pages of files, but when you have tens of pages it will takes a lot of time to be done for all. that option of set/unset premium for the whole files is existing in many other host, and I think it's an important feature.

When I share a folder, the files are not sorted in alphabetical order but in a random order and I can't do anything about it (The default sorting order seems to be the upload time which I can't control when using ftp). It's annoying and it looks amateurish when I share folders. Can you change the default sorting order and make it alphabetical order ?

Since users are using space a lot i had go with two option. Limit storage space to certain TB or this. So I go with this now and in future less than few days I will make it to 180 or never soon.
For uploaders/users who use their accounts 50%/100% as backup ( with +5Tb ) , maybe it will be fair if their files was deleted after 90 or 180 days without download, but for the uploaders with less than 2 Tb, it will be great if they have unlimited time for deleted their files with 0 download.
No thats for guest , and for registered free users it is 30 days from last download.
We will change this soon.
