Remote upload speed now is good with me :

Mostly it depends on the servers you remote files from, I remote files from 1 Gbps server .

My server 1Gbps too, located Czech repulic. remote upload to any hosts OK, just fileom

Maybe a connectivity issue between that server and fileom servers. When it's slow with fileom, try to remote in different times bc sometimes also depends on how many uploaders are using remote upload in the same time.

Our rates are finalised and we dont have plan of increasing or decreasing it

I like fileom but the payout delay is too much, I requested on 13 and still pending, almost 7 days of waiting period and moreover you pay once in 15 days, so you need to make these payouts within 1 or 2 days. Please plan in advance during these payout periods and try to pay quickly
