So I can see that this host isn't for me. My average traffic is 1,000 views a day, but obviously as time goes by and storage increases, it's impossible to have 5,000 views when I reach 5 to.

Why not make this rule a condition of use? It saves people wasting their time uploading to your site, if their traffic is low.

No You need 10k view per day. 1k for 1TB storage. If You use 10TB storage, the view must have 10k daily. Actually they allow or not 5k daily views for 10TB storage. But for suggestion keep your file backup. if filemoon block yo, your files gone too.

We never offered downloads trough custom domains and will never offer so it's not an issue.

I reiterate, I have already paid myself 3 times by paypal through filemoon, when you try to enter your information for payment you will see that the paypal method is... verify for yourself... and the server so far I recommend it I have not had any problems very big, only small things and solvable by the admin

I activate the paypal but when I go on premium to buy it only shows me bitcoin and litecoin

Not a browser prob I think. Videos play fine on video pages but embedded give 232011 error.
