when i add the payment ld to the account i did not receive the update mail i have been waiting for many days still nothing in my mailbox ,now in the add payment ld area is blank page. also you might consider adding vietnam to level 4 country?

Hello Sir,

Please check your spam folder as sometimes gmail puts our emails in spam. Regarding Tier list we're not changing it.

Hi Sir i cant find 'adblocker' option. So i wanna ask..do you allow adblocker users to watch video or not? do they have to turn off their adblocker when they want to watch videos?

Hello Sir,

We don't pay for adblock views however if you seek for an "Force Disable ADB" function it's in Player Settings at Settings Tab.

@Zakku Arai - Yes sure but please remove your screenshot since we don't like advertisements of our competitor here you can explain things out using words.

My Question is
are they allowed to watch video with ADB turned on in their browser? or they are forced to turn off the ADB.
Im sharing my videos in a big forum in my country and they dont allow uss to turn on " Force Disable ADB"

Hello Sir,

Yes of course they are allowed unless you enable Force Disable ADB. It's user decision to enable it. We do not force anyone to disable adblock unless user decided it in his settings. We simply don't pay for view with adblock.

Hello Sir,

What do you mean they do not appear normally? May i have an video example link?

Regarding capitions removal have checked and had deleted it successfully.

@vindorf What do you mean by "now works" we have not changed anything at all. Regarding subtitles removal have signed to your account and deleted the subtitles using "X" on the button without any problem.

Settings -----> Default Subtitles Language :Hungarian (I set this up and the caption has been displayed normally below the movies ever since)

I uploaded three movies and I get this error for each one!

The Delete Caption option also works
