There is no files loss actually, we simply marked broken files across all servers 137k files in total that equals to barely 28TB.
Okay, thanks for marking it as broken in the manager. Of those 137k, 1.5k are mine. xD

Do you know how much they store?

It sucks but hard drives fail, systems fail.

I'm just glad I keep backups as well
You should always have a backup; from experience, files are always lost, at least partially, on any server.
With a backup, you simply re-upload and that's it.

With a backup, you simply re-upload and that's it.

You no need to delete them, you can reupload all of them and they will restore old links with new upload, just make sure orginal file is the same as it was previously.

Once the conversions are complete and the old videos are restored, can I delete the videos I just uploaded once they're restored?

They're asking for it to file a claim for an uncredited deposit.

If your file is 404 it means it's deleted it won't restore the link. The restore system replaces the orginal file on the link that exists but has error in player.

Was there a problem with payments from last week? I requested it on Tuesday or Wednesday of last week and it's still pending.

But I don't understand if I request Thursday's payment today, yesterday was Monday, wouldn't it be due yesterday?

I'm sorry but since when you conclude that "yesterday" was moday? It's still Monday for some countries and we process payments according to our Date not yours.

I've been re-uploading some videos, like the one I posted as an example, and the newly uploaded video gives an error. The new one uploads, and the old one copies the error, but it doesn't restore.

I see. You recently shared the news that payments were being made within 24 hours or less. And that had been the case. But it seems like it's back to the usual Monday payment schedule.
