yes, mine was the same. i had a far few go that way and wasnt impressed, but just moved on and hope that it doesnt keep happening

what i would like to see is the inactive file manager work, so i can see which files i need to promote more

there is definitely some file deletion happening that is because of inactivity

the files appear in the removed files section and when you restore them they play perfectly. So it cant be due to a drive broken.

im guessing the inactivity limit for files has been set at 365 days.

im starting to get a lot deleted when i need them to be there as im starting to promote a whole bunch of them


can this be looked at as one of the main points of filemoon is never delete files. im only small fry comapred to others as ive only just cracked 60,000 views in a month, im definity not using it as cold storage either, im actively trying to get more and more views on my files

Send me some links via PM and i will check that cuz there is no expiry, i believe there is something else causing it and i need to review the logs.

i should have taken a screenshot of the restored files but i didnt.

ill have to wait for it to happen again and take note, unless you can go on my account and see which ones i restored today
 
The server has been taking a long time to process videos for the past few days, with queues of 20-30 positions, and it takes a very long time to move forward. A video may take up to 3 hours to become visible. Is there an estimated date for when everything will return to normal?

Can you what the issue is here.

I'm trying to put a lot of links on a site and it's not carrying over numbers when importing them so it makes it hard on the site to see volume it is.

The screenshot below is what shows in wjunction, so it is not just a individual site thats the issue

This one below.should have a 15 next to "vol"

For some reason it is cutting them off

Hi I was testing your site for my site, but why with remote upload the videos almost always come double, triple and sometimes even quadruple?
Having such a bug is not the best as it may have completely unnecessary space occupied.
 
Hello, can you tell me the withdrawal commissions, I normally withdraw for USDT but I want to know if there is one that charges less commission.

How long does it take for a withdrawal to Paypal?
I submitted a withdrawal request since Thursday, November 21, 2024 and until now the status is still pending.
I have sent an email but there is no confirmation.

Are you sure? Because there is no payout pending for Paypal that was submited in previous payment period. The oldest paypal request is made 25th.

No custom domain won't change anything, if we receive DMCA request we will take url down no matter if it's custom domain or our official domain.

Eh yes I can assure you that having such a bug fills your servers with completely useless files, I did a quick check of a 26 episode series, I have about 60 episodes inside them :sweat:

Anyway I really hope you will improve the speed of remote upload, so few links at a time and really slow to download (and I can assure you that the upload in the source server is very high)
