I miss some informations:

It looks like DDL in black, did you count also 3 IPs/day?
What about inactivity, also 60 days or more?
What about storage, is it limited or not?
Is there a chance to put Germany in Tier 1? If so, I would give it a try. If you need screenshots from other hosts I use, contact me here.

Files delete after 30 days for free , premium it won't get deleted.
We paid 4 times from same ip per day
How much traffic you have from germany per day so we can talk for tier 1.

FTP IP whitlisting area is visible, but doesnt change the problem with connecting the FTP Client.
Filezilla log (same as before whitelisting):
Status: Resolving address of ftp.filelox.com
Status: Connecting to 85.17.122.92:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection closed by server
Error: Could not connect to server

i had waited 5 minutes after set whitlist config, but no effect. maybe there is a nother problem...

btw: with the new dark/black theme the main logo shows only "FILE" because the "LOX" is black font on black background :)
