If you buy the premium you will get 1TB. You could try sending a ticket but I don't think you will get another answer.

filefactory is very inconsistent about affiliate program plans. they are now offering 90% of new sales all to get new affiliates and soon they will change plan may be even to just 20% with no rebills as they did previously. also $100 threshold is another thing to consider. free users are given just 50 GB to share

This host is only good for avoiding :thumbdown:... They have very bad terms for affiliates, it's not worth to work with them.

Downloads by Free members / Anonymous users: One download per file per IP per 24 hour period.For example, if a free member or anonymous user downloads five of your files in a 24 hour period, 5 downloads will qualify. If they download the same file five times in a 24 hour period, only one download will qualify.
2. Downloads by Premium Members: One download per member per 24 hour period.For example, if a Premium member downloads five of your files in a 24 hour period, only one download will qualify for rewards. If five Premium members download one (or more) of your files in a 24 hour period, 5 downloads will qualify.
3. No downloads of your own files while logged into your account will qualify
