With my premium acount, on February 24 speed was 0-30 kb/s. Today 30-50 kb/s. Very good job )
There will have to find another host

For older files download speed is 5-60 kb\s, for new files download speed is as filebox say, 120-150 kb\s (for free user of course)! Maybe there is a problem with old servers?
